Chapter 6 - The Princess Encounter
As they walked through Fantasyland, they spotted Cinderella
taking photos with kids.
Ethan’s eyes widened. “Ray… that’s her.”
“Who?”
“The love of my life.”
Amy facepalmed. “Ethan, she’s literally Cinderella.”
“She’s more than that,” Ethan said, dramatically clutching
his chest. “She’s… destiny in a dress.”
Before anyone could stop him, Ethan ran to the princess.
“Cinderella! I am your Ethanella!”
The crowd went silent.
Ray joined him, bowing deeply. “And I’m Prince
Ray-charming!”
Cinderella smiled awkwardly. “That’s… very sweet,
gentlemen.”
Amy dragged them away by their collars. “Congratulations,
you just traumatized Disney royalty.”
Lucy whispered, “Somewhere, Mickey is crying.”
Chapter 7 - The Parade Incident
By evening, the park lights dimmed, and the famous nighttime
parade began.
Amy and Lucy finally relaxed. The music was beautiful,
lights sparkled, and the floats glided by in perfect harmony.
Then Ray had an idea. “We should join them.”
Ethan gasped. “Yes. As honorary parade members!”
Before anyone could stop them, they climbed over the rope
barrier and started marching beside Goofy.
Ethan was waving to the crowd like a politician. Ray was
dancing off-beat.
Security guards sprinted toward them.
Amy yelled, “RUN!”
They scattered in every direction.
Ray tripped, knocking over a popcorn cart. Ethan ducked
under a float. Lucy screamed, “I TOLD YOU TWO TO STAY PUT!”
When it was over, they were all escorted out — politely, but
firmly.
Ethan waved to the guards. “Best parade ever.”
