Chaos at Disneyland 2

Chapter 2 - The Haunted Mansion Fiasco

Their first ride choice was Haunted Mansion.

“Perfect,” Amy said. “A dark, quiet ride where you can’t possibly cause trouble.”

She was wrong.

As soon as the ghost narrator began speaking, Ray leaned in. “Is it bad that I already feel like I’m being judged?”

Ethan whispered loudly, “If a ghost appears, I’m punching it.”

A little kid in front gasped. “You can’t punch ghosts!”

Ethan flexed. “Watch me.”

Halfway through, when the hologram ghosts danced, Ray panicked. “Bro! The old lady’s floating!”

“That’s a mirror, Ray!” Lucy hissed.

“Exactly!” Ray shouted. “Witchcraft mirror!”

Ethan, trying to “protect” everyone, jumped out of the moving cart. The ride emergency-stopped.

The lights came on. Staff members sighed.

Amy buried her face in her hands. “Why. Just… why.”

Ethan grinned proudly. “You’re welcome. The ghosts are gone now.”

Chapter 3 - Space Mountain: The Screaming Comet

Next stop: Space Mountain.

Amy and Lucy sat behind them, praying for silence.

“Alright,” Ethan said, strapping in, “if I die, tell my mom I was awesome.”

Ray nodded solemnly. “Tell mine I looked cool.”

As the coaster shot off, their screams echoed through the galaxy.

But it wasn’t normal screaming — it was a mix of horror, excitement, and… commentary.

“WHY IS IT DARK?” Ray yelled.

“THAT’S THE POINT!” Amy shouted from behind.

“WHO TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS?” Ethan cried.

“THEY WERE NEVER ON!” Lucy yelled.

Somehow, their photos at the end showed Ethan mid-yell with both eyes closed, and Ray holding his hands up like he was proposing to the universe.

Amy stared at the photo. “This should be used in science textbooks to define ‘regret.’”
