The Chaotic Bowling Night 3

๐Ÿ˜ฑ Chapter 5: “This One’s For Science.”

Amy was at 199 points. Lucy at 183. Ray at 45. Ethan at 47 (and a bruise from tripping over his own ball).

Amy rolled her last shot — strike, obviously. She bowed dramatically.
Lucy followed up — strike again.
“Respect,” Amy said. “You’re good.”
Lucy grinned. “Good? No. I’m legendary.”

Ray stepped up, shaking with determination. “I got this. I was born for this moment.”
Ethan whispered, “You were born for chaos, dude.”
Ray threw the ball — perfectly down the center — it rolled… rolled…
And stopped. Halfway.
Just stopped.
Ray gasped. “It gave up! My ball gave up on ME!”
Ethan clapped. “Even the ball said ‘nope.’”

Ethan was last.
He cracked his knuckles dramatically. “This one’s for science.”
He ran up—slipped again—and sent the ball flying so high it landed in the next lane after a bounce.
And got a strike.
The entire bowling alley cheered.
Amy’s jaw dropped. “You have got to be kidding me.”
Lucy groaned. “This man is powered by chaos and dumb luck.”
Ray lifted Ethan in the air. “MY MAN JUST INVENTED AIR-BOWLING!”

๐ŸŽ‰ THE AFTERMATH

Final scores:
Amy: 300 (of course).
Lucy: 286.
Ethan: 93 (plus one miracle strike).
Ray: 62 (and emotional damage).

Amy took a deep breath. “Alright, Ethan. You owe us dinner.”
Ethan blinked. “Wait, what about Ray?”
Ray shrugged. “I’m broke. Ask the ball.”

They all left the bowling alley with sore arms, bruised pride, and zero dignity.
Ethan tried to high-five everyone but missed each time.
Ray tripped over a parking cone.
Lucy laughed so hard she couldn’t breathe.
Amy just muttered, “Next time, we’re going mini-golfing. At least then Ethan can’t destroy the ceiling.”

As they walked off into the neon lights, Ethan shouted,
“BUT I GOT A STRIKE IN THE AIR!”
Ray yelled, “AND MY BALL QUIT MIDWAY!”
Lucy laughed. “You two are a safety hazard.”
Amy sighed. “Correction: they are chaos. We just survive it.”

And somewhere behind them, the bowling alley manager whispered,
“Please… never come back.”
