TRAINING SESSION 4 — “EMOTIONAL DAMAGE”
Lucy stepped forward.
“What exactly am I supposed to do here?”
Megatron smirked.
“Lucy… simply speak to Starscream.”
Lucy crossed her arms.
“Starscream, stop whining for ONE MINUTE.”
Starscream’s wings drooped. “I—I don’t WHINE—”
Lucy raised one eyebrow.
Starscream collapsed to his knees.
“THE HUMAN GIRL IS TOO POWERFUL.”
Megatron clapped.
“Lucy has mastered psychological warfare.”
Amy whispered, “I’m not even surprised.”
THE CEREMONY
After training, Megatron gathered the whole base.
“DECEPTICONS! TODAY, WE WELCOME OUR NEWEST RECRUITS!”
He held up four shining Decepticon badges.
Ray screamed.
Ethan fell over.
Lucy prayed quietly.
Amy considered running away but it was too late.
Megatron placed the badges on them one by one.
RAY: “I AM NOW EVIL AND COOL.”
ETHAN: “DOES THIS COME WITH INSURANCE.”
LUCY: “I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS.”
AMY: “Can I get a copy of the safety manual?”
Starscream shouted:
“MEGATRON, THIS IS MADNESS!”
Megatron grinned.
“No, Starscream.”
He looked at the kids.
“This… is the DeceptiKIDS.”
Thunder boomed.
Lightning flashed.
Ray immediately asked where the snack bar was.
Ethan asked if they had merch.
Lucy tried not to cry.
Amy took notes.
And thus…
The DeceptiKids were born.
