💣 RAY & ETHAN: THE HUMAN DISASTER DRILLS

It was a calm Monday morning at Shibuya Middle School.
Birds chirped. Students laughed. Teachers drank their coffee in peace.

Then the intercom crackled.
Principal Tanaka’s weary voice echoed through the halls:

“Attention everyone. Due to recent… incidents… this week we will be holding Ray & Ethan Emergency Drills.”

The entire school screamed in horror.

📢 MONDAY — “RAY SIGHTED IN THE HALLWAY” DRILL

Teacher: “Alright class, scenario one: Ray has been spotted running in the hallways with scissors. What do we do?”

Everyone ducked under their desks.

Lucy whispered, “We hide until the danger passes.”
Amy sighed. “We wish the danger would pass.”

Right on cue, the door slammed open.
Ray burst in wearing goggles, holding… a half-finished “science project.”
“STAND BACK! I’M CONDUCTING A MOMENT OF SCIENTIFIC GREATNESS!”

The teacher screamed, “SEE?! THIS IS WHY WE PRACTICE!”
Ethan poked his head in from behind him.
“Don’t worry! I’m his safety supervisor!”
He was holding a fire extinguisher. Backwards.

PSSSSHHHHHHHH!
Half the class was now covered in foam.
Amy: “I hate Mondays.”

⚡ TUESDAY — “ETHAN HAS AN IDEA” DRILL

The morning bell rang.
The loudspeaker blared:

“Code E! I repeat, Code E! Ethan has an idea!”

Every student immediately flipped open their emergency manuals:
Step 1: Evacuate the classroom.
Step 2: Hide all electrical devices.
Step 3: Do NOT make eye contact.

Lucy whispered, “What’s he doing now?”
Ray proudly announced from the hallway:
“Ethan’s building a hoverboard out of school chairs!”

A few seconds later — CRASH!
Ethan zoomed by, half-flying, half-screaming, sparks trailing behind him.
Amy yelled, “THIS ISN’T A DRILL ANYMORE!”
The principal shouted from another floor, “WHY IS HE IN THE AIR?!”

Lucy sighed, writing in her notebook:

“Note to self: If Ethan has an idea, move to another planet.”
