The teacher calmly said, “Line up, single file.”
Ray saluted. “Aye, Captain!”
Then he rolled dramatically across the floor like he was dodging explosions.
“Ray, GET UP,” Amy hissed.
“I’m checking for flames at floor level!”
Ethan grabbed a fire extinguisher off the wall.
Amy: “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!”
Ethan: “Testing my equipment!”
PSSSSHHHHH!
A massive cloud of white foam sprayed across the classroom.
Half the students screamed, half laughed, and the teacher yelled,
“PUT THAT DOWN!”
Ethan blinked through the fog. “I
think I neutralized the fire, ma’am.”
Teacher: “THERE WAS NO FIRE!”

Outside, students walked in perfect lines. Teachers held up
class signs.
Meanwhile, Ray and Ethan were crawling across the ground like spies.
Lucy: “Why are you crawling?”
Ray: “Smoke rises, Lucy. Stay low or perish.”
Lucy: “There’s literally no smoke.”
They reached the door — only to find it locked.
Ethan: “We’re trapped! Quick! Window exit!”
Amy: “It’s the first floor! Use the door!”
Ray kicked the door open anyway.
It slammed into the janitor’s cart. Buckets flew, mops fell, chaos reigned.
The janitor just stared. “Why.”
