🏃 PE CLASS — THE ANIMAL OLYMPICS BEGIN
Coach Sato was the only teacher NOT emotionally destroyed
yet.
“Pets can join the activities,” he said.
Big mistake.
Activity 1: Relay race
- Noodle
sprinted like a professional athlete.
- Sunny
refused to run and groomed herself in the middle of the track.
- Hana
chased Sunny.
- Cherry
attacked Ray mid-run.
- Pikachu
got lost in the grass.
- Ray
tripped over Ethan.
- Ethan
tripped over Ray.
- They
collided into Coach Sato.
Coach Sato lay on the ground rethinking life.
Activity 2: Ball toss
The ball was thrown.
Sunny caught it.
Hana stole it.
Noodle tried to bring it back.
Cherry stole it from Noodle.
Ray chased Cherry.
Ethan chased Ray.
Lucy chased Pikachu (who was now chasing the ball).
Amy sat on the bench and screamed into her backpack.
📣 FINAL PERIOD: THE
ASSEMBLY
Principal Morimoto tried to remain calm.
“Students… thank you for participating in Bring Your Pet—”
Before he could finish:
Cherry flew onto the microphone.
Screeched directly into the speakers.
Sunny jumped onstage.
Hana followed.
Noodle ran up front because applause = attention.
Pikachu climbed the podium and posed dramatically.
Ray and Ethan sprinted after their animals.
Lucy chased Pikachu.
Amy tried to stop Noodle from eating the wires.
The projector fell over.
The microphone screeched.
The curtains collapsed.
And the entire assembly burst into chaos.
Principal Morimoto raised a hand…
And whispered:
“Never… again…”
🏠 AFTER SCHOOL — THE WALK
HOME
Everyone was exhausted.
Sunny was purring.
Hana was sleeping in Ethan’s hood.
Cherry was chewing Ray’s hair.
Noodle trotted happily beside Amy.
Pikachu snored in Lucy’s hands.
Amy groaned. “This was the worst day ever.”
Lucy nodded. “Never again.”
Ray grinned. “BEST. SCHOOL DAY. EVER!”
Ethan raised a fist. “LET’S DO IT NEXT MONTH!”
Amy and Lucy screamed in unison:
“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
