Skydiving with Idiots 1

Skydiving with Idiots

If there was one universal truth, it was this: Ray and Ethan should never be allowed near anything that leaves the ground.

But somehow, somehow, they convinced Amy and Lucy to go skydiving with them.

Amy: “Remind me why we’re doing this again?”
Ethan (grinning ear to ear): “Because life is short and gravity is strong!”
Ray nodded. “Yeah, and what’s the worst that could happen?”

Lucy sighed. “Every time you say that, something explodes.”

Ethan laughed. “Not this time! We’ll be professionals!
The instructor behind them looked visibly concerned.

✈️ Chapter 1: The Takeoff of Terror

They all got into a tiny plane that looked like it was built out of spare bike parts. Ethan sat next to Ray, both vibrating with excitement. Amy sat in front, clutching her harness like it was her last lifeline.

Lucy leaned toward Amy and whispered, “If they touch any buttons, I’m jumping without a parachute.”

The pilot yelled, “Alright, ready for takeoff!”

Ethan waved. “WAIT—what’s that red button do?”
Ray: “Press it!”
Amy and Lucy (in unison): “NOOOOO!”

Ethan pressed it anyway. The cabin lights flickered, an alarm beeped, and the pilot yelled, “WHO TOUCHED THE FUEL VENT SWITCH!?”

Ethan pointed at Ray. “Him.”
Ray: “Traitor!”

Amy buried her face in her hands. “We haven’t even left the ground…”
