🧪 The Presentation Begins

The science fair started in the school gym.
Parents wandered around, admiring projects like “Renewable Energy Models” and “How Plants Respond to Music.”

Then they reached Table 23: Mount BoomBoom.

Ray stood proudly in his safety goggles.
Ethan had taped a warning sign that read:
⚠️ DO NOT STAND TOO CLOSE (seriously, bro).

Amy stood far back, arms crossed.
Lucy whispered, “Ten bucks says it explodes before they finish explaining.”
Amy: “I’ll take that bet.”

Ray cleared his throat.
“Ladies and gentlemen, today we present to you—”
Ethan interrupted: “THE POWER OF MOTHER NATURE, BUT COOLER!”

The crowd chuckled nervously.

Ray lifted the bottle of vinegar dramatically.
“Behold—SCIENCE!”

He poured it in.
Ethan added a handful of mentos.
Then, just for fun, he whispered, “Add the soda too!”

Amy screamed, “DON’T YOU—”

A column of red foam shot ten feet in the air, splattering the gym ceiling.
Kids screamed. Parents ducked.
The janitor dropped his mop and yelled, “NOT AGAIN!”

Ray yelled, “IT’S WORKING!”
Ethan: “WE MADE A REAL VOLCANO!”
Amy: “YOU MADE A CHEMICAL WEAPON!”
Lucy: “I told you they’d explode!”

The foam kept flowing—down the tables, across the floor, straight toward the principal’s shoes.

Principal Tanaka stared at his foamy, fizzing feet.
“Ray. Ethan. Office. Now.”

Ethan, covered in red bubbles: “Science is messy!”
Ray: “Science is beautiful!”
