Chapter 2: WARNING: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
They arrived at the haunted park. The gates creaked open
dramatically. Fog drifted across the ground. Spooky music played.
Ethan gasped. “It’s so realistic!”
Amy crossed her arms. “That’s because it is real fog,
genius.”
Ray pointed at a sign: WARNING: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
He gulped. “Define risk.”
Lucy smirked. “You and Ethan in one place? That’s already
risky enough.”
Chapter 3: Haunted Mansion Ride
The first attraction was the Haunted Mansion Ride.
They all got into a cart that slowly rolled into darkness.
Ethan whispered, “Don’t worry, I’m not scared.”
The lights flickered, a skeleton popped out, and Ethan
screamed louder than a jet engine.
Ray nearly fell out of the cart laughing. “You lasted three
seconds!”
Amy smirked. “Correction — 1.5 seconds.”
Lucy added, “Honestly, the skeleton looked more scared of
you.”
The cart jolted forward, and suddenly they entered a tunnel
with glowing eyes on the walls. Ethan clutched Ray’s arm.
“Bro, if I die, clear my browser history!”
Ray grinned. “Too late, I already posted your search for
‘how to make marshmallows explode safely.’”
Amy groaned. “No wonder the FBI follows him.”
